摘  要:宁武煤田静乐矿区水文地质条件及其复杂,煤层倾角大,底板隔水层松软、破碎,导致煤层开采受底板灰岩水威胁严重。底板加固改造成为该区域部分矿井亟待解决的主要技术难题之一。霍州煤电集团汾源煤业首采面5-101工作面底板注浆改造(加固)工程施工,通过克服大角度、厚(软)煤层施工难题,对煤层底板破碎、裂隙带、导水断层和富水区等区域进行加固改造,填充效果较好,导水断层和含水层得到较好的改造和有效加固,底板的有效隔水厚度和岩层刚性强度增加,注浆加固效果理想,工作面未发生底板突水事故。In Jingle mining area of Ningwu coalfield,the hydrogeological conditions are very complex,the dip angle of coal seam is large,the floor aquifuge is soft and broken,which leads to the serious threat of floor limestone water in coal seam mining.Floor reinforcement and transformation has become one of the main technical problems to be solved in some mines in the mining area.In the construction of floor grouting reconstruction(reinforcement)project of 5-101 first working face in Fenyuan Coal Mine,through overcoming the construction problems of large angle and thick(soft)coal seam,the areas such as broken coal seam floor,fracture zone,water flowing fault and aquifer are reinforced and reconstructed.The results show that the water flowing fault and aquifer are improved and reinforced effectively,the effective water resisting thickness of the floor and the rigid strength of the rock layer are increased,the grouting reinforcement effect is ideal,and the floor water inrush accident does not occur in the working face.
