摘　　要：我国尘肺病防治形势不容乐观,无论接触职业危害人数、职业病患者人数、职业危害造成的死亡人数还是新发职业病人数一直居高不下。新发尘肺病患者以每年万余例的速度增长,一次发病数十甚至上百人的群体性事件屡有发生,煤矿尘肺病死亡人数已超过工伤死亡人数。随着监督执法力度的不断加强、职业健康体检率的提高,劳动者健康意识的提高以及诊断机制更加科学规范,我国职业病的检出率不断提升,加之尘肺病等传统职业病存在迟发性和隐匿性(煤矿尘肺病一般要接近10~20 a乃至30 a方才发病),因此在多种因素影响下,目前仍处于职业病高发期,迫切需要对煤矿职业健康管理方式进行调整和改善,针对这一现状,提出煤矿职业病管理、应对措施及考核方式等建议,以提高职业健康管理水平,降低职业病发病率。The situation of prevention and control of pneumoconiosis in China is not optimistic.No matter the number of people exposed to occupational hazards,the number of patients with occupational diseases,the number of deaths caused by occupational hazards and the number of new occupational patients have always been high.The number of new pneumoconiosis patients is increasing at the rate of ten thousand every year,and the group events of dozens or even hundreds of people at a time occur frequently.The death toll of coal mine pneumoconiosis has exceeded that of industrial injury.With the continuous strengthening of supervision and law enforcement,the increase of occupational health examination rate,the improvement of workers’health awareness and the more scientific and standardized diagnosis mechanism,the detection rate of occupational diseases in China continues to increase.In addition,traditional occupational diseases such as pneumoconiosis are delayed and occult(coal mine pneumoconiosis generally takes 10~20 years or even 30 years to get sick).Therefore,under the influence of various factors,occupational diseases are still in a high incidence period,and it is urgent to adjust and improve the occupational health management mode in coal mines.In view of the current situation of occupational diseases,the relevant suggestions were proposed from the management,countermeasures and assessment methods of occupational disease,in order to improve occupation health management level,reduce the incidence of occupational diseases.
