Analysis on the Correlation between Serum Ficolin 3,Cys C and Hcy Levels and Carotid Intima-Media Thickness in Patients with Essential Hypertension

摘  要:目的观察原发性高血压(essential hypertension,EH)患者血清纤维胶凝蛋白3(ficolin 3,FCN3)、胱抑素C(cystatin C,Cys C)、同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)水平与颈动脉内膜中层厚度(intima-mediathickness,IMT)的相关性,以此为临床诊断、治疗提供参考依据。方法回顾性分析2018年1月~2019年12月于河南科技大学第一附属医院接受治疗的80例EH患者临床资料,根据彩色多普勒超声检测的IMT结果将38例IMT<1.0mm的患者作为正常组,将42例IMT≥1.0mm患者作为异常组。比较两组患者血清FCN3,Cys C和Hcy水平,并分析血清FCN3,Cys C和Hcy水平与患者IMT的相关性。结果异常组患者血清FCN3水平低于正常组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.930,P<0.05);异常组患者血清Cys C和Hcy水平高于正常组,差异有统计学意义(t=12.469,33.204,均P<0.05);相关性分析发现,EH患者的血清FCN3水平与IMT呈负相关(r=-0.433,P<0.05),血清Cys C,Hcy水平与IMT呈正相关(r=0.825,0.887,均P<0.05)。结论EH患者血清FCN3,Cys C和Hcy水平与IMT密切相关,FCN3低表达,Cys C和Hcy高表达提示了EH患者存在心血管疾病的风险,可将其纳入对EH心脑血管疾病发生风险的评估及防治中来。Objective To observe the correction of serum ficolin 3(FCN3),cystatin C(Cys C),homocysteine(Hcy)levels and carotid artery intima-media thickness(IMT)in patients with essential hypertension(EH)and provide a reference basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods The clinical data of 80 EH patients who received treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan Science and Technology University from January 2018 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the results of IMT detected by color doppler ultrasound,38 patients with IMT<1.0 mm were classified as normal group,and 42 patients with IMT≥1.0 mm were classified as abnormal group.The serum FCN3,Cys C and Hcy levels of the two groups of patients were compared,and the correlation between serum FCN3,Cys C and Hcy levels and IMT was analyzed.Results The serum FCN3 level in the abnormal group was lower than the normal group,with a statistical significant difference(t=5.930,P<0.05).The serum Cys C and Hcy levels of patients in the abnormal group were higher than that in the normal group,with a statistical significant difference(t=12.469 and 33.204,all P<0.05).Correlation analysis found that serum FCN3 levels in EH patients were negatively correlated with IMT(r=-0.433,P<0.05),and the levels of serum Cys C and Hcy were positively correlated with IMT in patients with essential hypertension(r=0.825 and 0.887,all P<0.05).Conclusion Serum FCN3,Cys C and Hcy levels in EH patients are closely related to IMT.The low expression of FCN3 and the high expression of Cys C and Hcy indicate the risk of cardiovascular disease in EH patients,which can be included in the risk assessment and prevention of EH cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
