摘  要:异步电动机的启动电流通常是额定电流的3倍以上,发电机组直接启动较大功率异步电动机时,将加大对发电机组的功率要求,如采用变频器等软启动方式启动异步电动机,势必增加较大成本。针对上述问题,采用基于单片机技术的PID控制算法对发电机组的调压器控制系统进行优化,并根据调压器的工作原理,对控制电路及控制流程进行优化设计,实现了发电机组对异步电动机的软启动功能,且有效地提高了发电机组启动异步电动机的能力。The starting current of asynchronous motor is usually more than 3 times of the rated current.When the generator set is used to start the asynchronous motor directly,the power requirement on the generator set will be increased.If the soft start mode such as frequency converter is used to start the asynchronous motor,the cost will be increased.According to the above problems,the voltage regulator control system of the generator is optimized by the PID control algorithm based on MCU technology,and the control circuit and the control process is also optimized according to the working principle of the voltage regulator to realize the soft start function of the generator set to the asynchronous motor,and improve the ability of the generator set to start the asynchronous motor effectively.
