摘　　要：本文首先阐释废旧农宅环境再利用工作在当前的现实意义,其次,解析国内外典型案例,最后,构建废旧农宅环境艺术化再利用的研究体系。研究体系明确"理论创新、方法总结、效益提升"等3个研究目标,提出"研究新视角、构建新框架、探索新方法"等3个重点方向,以及"理论框架、基础调研、设计方法与案例实证、产业路径"等4项主要内容。This paper first explains the current practical significance of environmental reuse of waste rural houses,analyzes the typical cases at home and abroad,and finally constructs the research system of environmental artistic reuse of waste rural houses.The research system defines three research objectives of"theoretical innovation,method summary and benefit improvement",and puts forward three key directions of"research new perspective,construction of new framework and exploration of new methods",and four main contents of"theoretical framework,basic research,design method and case demonstration,and industrial path".
