摘　　要：在健康中国战略下,健康影响评估正受到包括规划学者在内的许多学者的关注。我国也开始重视发展健康影响评估,但总体来说它还处于探索阶段。基于文献和资料研究,本文对国际上健康影响评估及其在空间规划中的发展进行概要性梳理:(1)由于国情不同,健康影响评估及其在空间规划中的发展并没有一个统一、标准的理论和模式,发展程度和阶段也不一样;(2)评估制度的建立、评估技术的研发和评估能力的建设是支撑健康影响评估发展的3个关键维度;(3)空间规划健康影响评估在多个国家得到快速发展,其在将健康融入空间规划决策中正发挥重要作用。在此基础上,结合我国国土空间规划体系建立的背景,指出发展国土空间规划健康影响评估具有重要意义,并对推动这一工作展开进一步探讨。In the context of"Healthy China initiative",health impact assessments are received widespread attention,including planning scholars.China has also begun to attach importance to the development of health impact assessment in terms of policy,but in general it is still in the exploratory stage.Based on literature research and data review,this article reviews the international developments in health impact assessment and its development in spatial planning.It concluded three aspects.Initially,there is no unified or standard theory and model for the development of health impact assessment due to different national conditions,and the development level or stage is also different.Secondly,the evaluation systems,assessment technologies and assessment capabilities are three key dimensions supporting the development of health impact assessment.Finally,health impact assessment on spatial planning has developed rapidly in many countries,demonstrating its important role in integrating health into spatial planning decision-making.Considering the current reform of territory spatial planning system,it is important to develop health impact assessment for territorial spatial planning,and further discussion is also made on how to promote this work 。
