摘  要:随着我国城镇化进程的加快,城市地上空间的建设逐渐达到饱和状态,各城市尤其是中心城区,土地资源越来越紧张,在这样的背景下,城市地下空间的开发利用,为城市的进一步建设发展提供了崭新的思路。青岛由于其独特的地形地势,步行出行在人们生活中占很大比例,"双铁"枢纽复杂的交通系统,既可以缓解地面交通的压力,又可以丰富城市的空间层次。本文对"双铁"枢纽在青岛火车站站域的实践进行分析,发现现存问题,挖掘该枢纽未来发展潜力。With the acceleration of China’s urbanization process,the construction of overground space has gradually reached saturation state.In various cities,especially in the central district,land resources are becoming much scarcer.In this context,the development and utilization of urban underground space provide a new idea for the further development of the city.Due to Qingdao’s unique topography,travel on feet accounts for a large proportion of people’s lives.The complex traffic system of the"double railway"hub can not only relieve the pressure of ground traffic,but also enrich the urban space level.While improving the walkability,it also enriches the urban landscape.This paper analyzes the practice of"double railway"hub in Qingdao railway station,finds out the existing problems and excavates the future development potential of the hub.
