脊柱骨折脱位合并脊髓损伤的早期治疗方法及治疗效果

摘　　要：目的分析脊柱骨折脱位合并脊髓损伤的早期治疗方法及治疗效果。方法选取本院2020年3月至2021年3月75例脊柱骨折脱位合并脊髓损伤患者开展本次研究,均给予对症手术治疗和术后甲强龙、二代头孢类药物和康复治疗,分析75例患者治疗前后的神经功能改善情况和心理状态。结果75例患者治疗后的神经功能Frankel分级情况和心理状态均明显优于治疗前,75例患者的治疗优良率为86.67%(P<0.05)。结论给予脊柱骨折脱位合并脊髓损伤患者对症手术治疗联合术后康复治疗能够显著改善患者的神经功能和心理状态。Objective To analyze the early treatment and effect of spinal fracture and dislocation combined with spinal cord injury.Methods From March 2020 to March 2021,75 patients with spinal fracture and dislocation combined with spinal cord injury were selected to carry out this study.All patients were given symptomatic surgical treatment and postoperative methylprednisolone,second-generation cephalosporins and rehabilitation treatment.The neurological improvement and psychological status of 75 patients were analyzed before and after treatment.Results The Frankel classification of neurological function and mental state of 75 patients after treatment were significantly better than those of the before treatment,and the excellent and good rate of 75 patients was 86.67%(P<0.05).Conclusion Symptomatic surgical treatment combined with postoperative rehabilitation can significantly improve the neurological function and psychological state of patients with spinal fracture dislocation combined with spinal cord injury.
