人工髋关节置换治疗老年股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨老年股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折患者给予人工髋关节置换治疗的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月至2021年1月在本院治疗的48例老年股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成观察组(n=24)和对照组(n=24)。结果观察组术中出血量、术后引流量、术后输血量与对照组相比明显更少(P<0.05),术后下床活动时间与对照组相比明显更短(P<0.05);两组治疗后髋关节评分量表(Harris)评分均明显提高(P<0.05),观察组评分与对照组相比明显更高(P<0.05);两组治疗后生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOL)评分明显提高(P<0.05),观察组评分与对照组相比明显更高(P<0.05)。结论老年股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折患者给予人工髋关节置换治疗,应用价值较高。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hip arthroplasty in elderly patients with comminuted intertrochanteric fracture.Methods A total of 48 elderly patients with intertrochanteric comminuted fracture of femur treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects.According to random number table method,they were divided into observation group(n=24)and control group(n=24).Results The amount of intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage volume and postoperative blood transfusion in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the postoperative activity time out of bed was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Harris score of hip joint was significantly increased in both groups(P<0.05),and the score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The scores of the comprehensive quality of life questionnaire(GQOL)after treatment were significantly increased in the two groups(P<0.05),and the scores of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Artificial hip arthroplasty for senile intertrochanteric fracture is of high application value.
