综合管理模式对高危儿随访效果的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨综合管理模式对高危儿随访效果情况。方法选取怀化市妇幼保健院2018年2月至2020年2月460例高危儿作为观察对象,依据家长自愿的原则分为两组,对照组230例和观察组230例。观察两组患儿的婴幼儿发育商评分、神经功能异常、发育状况和生命质量评分情况。结果观察组患儿的婴幼儿发育商评分、发育状况和生命质量评分均高于对照组,观察组神经功能异常比例低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合管理模式在高危儿中应用,可以提高患儿的发育水平和生命质量,降低神经功能异常,值得临床推广应用。Objective To approach follow-up effect for high-risk infants by integrated management model.Method The 460 cases high-risk infants in Huaihua Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected as object,which was to be divided into two group by principle of parental consent,control group 230 cases and detection group 230 cases.The infant development quotient score,neurologic abnormality,developmental state and life quality score of two group children were detected.Result The infant development quotient score,developmental state and life quality score of detection group children were higher than control group,the neurologic abnormalities percentage of detection group were lower than control;group,the difference were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-risk infants by integrated management model,which could increase developmental level and life quality of children,decrease neurologic abnormality,it is worth to be used.
