剖宫产产后出血治疗中子宫压迫缝合术的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析剖宫产产后出血治疗中子宫压迫缝合术的应用价值。方法将我院2016年11月至2019年3月收治的100例剖宫产患者作为研究对象,按照抽签法将其分为研究组和常规组,各50例。常规组给予传统的宫腔纱布填塞法治疗,研究组给予子宫压迫缝合术治疗。对比两组的止血效果。结果治疗后,研究组的术后病死率与常规组相比无差异(P>0.05);研究组的再次出血率、术后发热率较常规组低(P<0.05);研究组的止血操作时间、填塞物留置时间均短于常规组,取出填塞物后的出血量明显少于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组的与常规组的治疗总有效率分别为98.00%、86.00%,研究组的治疗总有效率较常规组高(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产产后出血治疗中子宫压迫缝合术的应用效果良好,有效提高了止血效果,且用时短、术后的并发症发生情况少,值得推广。Objective To analyze the application value of uterine compression suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section.Methods A total of 100 patients with cesarean section admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to October 2018 were divided into study group and routine group according to the drawing method,with 50 cases in each group The conventional group was treated with conventional uterine gauze packing,and the study group was given uterine compression suture.The hemostatic effects of the two groups after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,there was no difference in postoperative mortality between the study group and the conventional group(P>0.05);the rebleeding rate and the postoperative fever rate of the study group was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05);the hemostasis operation time and tamponade retention time of the study group were shorter than the conventional group,the bleeding volume of the study group after removal of the tamponade was significantly less than that of the conventional group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the study group and the conventional group was 98.00%and 86.00%,and the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of uterine compression suture in the treatment of cesarean section postpartum hemorrhage is good,effectively improving the effect of hemostasis,and the use time is short,postoperative complications are less,which is worthy of promotion.
