醒脾养儿颗粒联合止汗散脐部贴敷治疗小儿盗汗的效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究醒脾养儿颗粒联合止汗散脐部贴敷治疗小儿盗汗的临床效果。方法选取2017年4月至2019年4月在我院治疗的80例盗汗患者为本次研究对象,均为儿童。将80例盗汗患儿分为对照组与试验组,每组40例。给予对照组患儿止汗散脐部贴敷进行治疗,试验组患儿则在对照组患儿治疗基础上加用醒脾养儿颗粒进行治疗,观察两组间治疗有效率、中医证侯评分以及不良反应发生率。结果对照组治疗有效率为85.00%,明显低于试验组治疗有效率97.50%;两组患儿治疗前中医证侯评无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,对照组患儿中医证侯评分明显高于试验组;对照组不良反应发生率为17.50%,试验组不良反应发生率为2.50%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论醒脾养儿颗粒联合止汗散脐部贴敷治疗小儿盗汗疗效确切,能有效改善患儿不良症状,且具有较高安全性。Objective To study the clinical effect of xingpi yang'er granules combined with anti-perspiration scattered umbilical patch in the treatment of children night sweat.Methods Eighty cases of night sweats who were hospitalized in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were selected for this study,all of them were children.80 children with night sweats were divided into control group and experimental group.The children in the control group were given anti-perspirant umbilical patch for treatment.Children in the experimental group were treated with xingpi yang'er granules on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The treatment efficiency,TCM score,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results The effective rate was 85.00%in the control group,which was significantly lower than 97.50%in the experimental group.There was no significant difference between the two groups of children before treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,the TCM score of the control group was higher than that of the experimental group.The incidence of adverse reactions was 17.50%in the control group and 2.50%in the experimental group.The experimental group had obvious advantages and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xingpi yang'er granules combined with anti-perspiration scattered umbilical cord application is effective in the treatment of children night sweats,can effectively improve children's adverse symptoms,and has high safety.
