临床护理路径在慢性乙型肝炎患者健康教育中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探究慢性乙型肝炎患者健康教育中采用临床护理路径的应用价值。方法将本院50例慢性乙型肝炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机化原则分成常规组(n=25)和研究组(n=25),比较两组健康知识达标率、护理满意度和生活质量。结果研究组健康知识达标率、护理总满意度和生活质量评分均高于常规组,护理有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径应用在慢性乙型肝炎患者健康教育中作用显著,有利于提高患者对疾病的认知与患者的满意度,还可改善生活质量。Objective To explore the value of adopting clinical nursing pathway in health education of chronic hepatitis B patients.Methods Fifty patients with chronic hepatitis B in our hospital were randomly divided into the conventional group(n=25)and the study group(n=25).The health knowledge compliance rate,nursing satisfaction and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The health knowledge compliance rate,total nursing satisfaction,and quality of life scores in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the nursing had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway in the health education of patients with chronic hepatitis B has a significant effect,which is conducive to improving the patient's awareness of the disease and the patient's satisfaction.It can also improve the quality of life.
