临床护理路径在小儿反复呼吸道感染患儿护理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析临床护理路径在小儿反复呼吸道感染(RRTI)患儿护理中的应用效果。方法选2020年1~12月86例RRTI患儿进行研究,采用随机数表法分为观察组(43例,临床护理路径)与对照组(43例,常规护理)。对比临床指标、生长发育指标、并发症、护理满意度。结果观察组患儿发热消失时间、扁桃体充血消失时间、咳嗽消失时间显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿WAZ<-2、HAZ/LAZ<-2、WHZ/WLZ<-2例数显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿家属护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径可有效缩短患儿症状恢复时间,改善患儿生长发育指标,减少并发症的发生风险,提高患儿家属对护理满意度。Objective To analyze the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in the nursing of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.Methods A total of 86 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(43 cases,clinical nursing pathway)and control group(43 cases,routine nursing).The clinical indicators,growth and development indicators,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results The disappearance time of fever,tonsil congestion and cough in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the number of WAZ<-2,HAZ/LAZ<-2 and WHZ/WLZ<-2 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of family members in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway can effectively shorten the recovery time of children's symptoms,improve children's growth and development indicators,reduce the risk of complications,and improve the nursing satisfaction of children's families.
