生物反馈电刺激治疗产后盆底功能障碍性疾病的护理干预分析

摘　　要：目的关于选择生物反馈电刺激疗法对产后盆底功能障碍性疾病进行治疗的有效护理方法分析。方法对2018年2月至2019年2月到我院治疗的60例产后盆底功能障碍性疾病的患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。两组患者常规通过生物反馈电刺激疗法干预,并分别配合优质护理和常规护理,比较效果。结果观察组治疗后的有效率、6个月后的尿失禁发生率、性生活满意度和盆底器官脱垂发生率均比对照组更优,P<0.05;治疗以后观察组的肌电位和QLQ-C30评分明显优于对照组,P<0.05,存在统计学意义。结论通过生物反馈电刺激疗法配合优质护理可有效对盆底功能障碍性疾病进行治疗,改善患者肌电位与生活质量。Objective To analyze the effective nursing methods for choosing biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy to treat postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction diseases.Methods Sixty patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction who came to our hospital for treatment from February 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,both of which were 30 cases.Routinely intervene with biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy,cooperate with high-quality nursing and conventional nursing respectively,and compare the effects.Results The effective rate after treatment,the incidence of urinary incontinence after 6 months,the satisfaction of sexual life and the incidence of pelvic floor organ prolapse in the observation group were better than those in the control group,P<0.05.The myopotential and QLQ-C30 score in the observation group was significantly better than the control group,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Conclusion Biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with high-quality nursing can promote the improvement of pelvic floor dysfunction.
