硅油填充术治疗儿童外伤性眼内炎的围手术期护理管理及价值探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨硅油填充术治疗儿童外伤性眼内炎的围手术期护理方法及临床价值。方法选择2020年6月至2021年2月本院收治的儿童眼外伤眼内炎实施玻璃体切除联合硅油填充术治疗患儿80例(眼)为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组40例(眼)。观察组实施本研究综合围手术期护理管理。对照组行常规护理,包括入院宣教、术前准备、药物治疗等,比较两组护理质量评分指标,比较两组发生的并发症比例,比较两组患儿疼痛脸谱法评分变化情况,统计两组术后住院时间。结果观察组护理质量评分指标中基础护理、病历书写、心理干预和健康教育的得分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组发生出血、感染及水肿的总比例显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预1 d后和干预3 d后,观察组疼痛脸谱法评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组术后住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对儿童外伤性眼内炎者行科学围手术期护理管理,能有效的提高护理质量,确保手术安全性和有效性,还可缓解患儿术后疼痛,缩短住院时间。Objective To explore the perioperative nursing methods and clinical value of silicone oil tamponade in the treatment of traumatic endophthalmitis in children.Methods Eighty cases(eyes)of children with traumatic endophthalmitis from June 2020 to February 2021 were treated by vitrectomy combined with silicone oil tamponade.All were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases(eyes)in each gruop.The observation group implemented comprehensive perioperative nursing management in this study.The control group received routine nursing,including admission education,preoperative preparation and drug treatment.The nursing quality score index,the proportion of complications,the changes of pain facial mask score and the postoperative hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of basic nursing,medical record writing,psychological intervention and health education in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total proportion of bleeding,infection and edema in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After one and three days of intervention,the pain facial mask score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Scientific perioperative nursing management for children with traumatic endophthalmitis can effectively improve nursing quality,ensure the safety and effectiveness of surgery,relieve postoperative pain and shorten hospitalization time.
