气道管理小组在重症呼吸衰竭患者护理中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨气道管理小组在重症呼吸衰竭患者护理中的应用效果。方法将我院2018年5月至2020年1月80例重症呼吸衰竭患者,信封随机法分为两组。对照组给予常规护理,试验组实施气道管理小组干预。比较两组护理开始、护理结束呼吸功能指标、护理工作满意程度、住院时间、治疗配合度、不良情况发生率。结果试验组呼吸功能指标、护理工作满意程度、住院时间、治疗配合度、不良情况发生率和对照组比较,存在显著性差异,P<0.05。结论重症呼吸衰竭患者实施气道管理小组干预可改善患者的呼吸功能,并提高患者的配合度和满意度,减少不良情况的发生,缩短住院的时间。Objective To explore the effect of airway management group in the nursing of patients with severe respiratory failure.Methods From May 2018 to January 2020,80 patients with severe respiratory failure were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given airway management group.The indexes of respiratory function,satisfaction degree of nursing work,hospitalization time,cooperation degree of treatment and incidence of adverse cases were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,there were significant differences in respiratory function indexes,nursing job satisfaction,hospitalization time,treatment cooperation,and incidence of adverse events in the experimental group,P<0.05.Conclusion The implementation of airway management group in patients with severe respiratory failure can improve the respiratory function of patients,improve the cooperation and satisfaction of patients,reduce the occurrence of adverse conditions,and shorten the length of hospitalization.
