摘 要:植筋锚固是无砟轨道设计和维修养护中最常用的一种加强层间连接的方式。无砟道床层间植筋锚固连接力学模型是植筋方案设计分析计算的基础,目前还没有公认、统一的力学模型,也缺乏相关专门的研究。通过对无砟道床植筋锚固连接的受力进行分析,提出以非线性轴向弹簧等效锚固连接的抗拔和抗剪力学性能。建立精细化小尺度有限元模型,分析植筋锚固连接的竖向、横向力学性能,得到植筋锚固连接竖向荷载-滑移曲线和横向荷载-滑移曲线,用于整体建模中等效植筋锚固连接。这种分步、多尺度建模方法,既避免了试验的时间和资金成本,又保证了计算的高效和准确。在轨道板上拱整治方案优化中的应用验证了其实用性。Post-installed anchorage is a common way to strengthen interlayer connection in ballastless track design and maintenance.The mechanical model of post-installed anchorage connection between ballastless track bed layers is the basis of design,analysis and calculation of reinforcing scheme.At present,there is no recognized and unified mechanical model,and relevant specialized research is also deficient.Based on the analysis of the stress of the post-installed anchorage connection in ballastless track bed,the anti-pulling and shear mechanical properties of equivalent anchorage connection with nonlinear axial spring are proposed.A refined small-scale finite element model is established to analyze the vertical and transverse mechanical properties of the post-installed anchorage connection.The vertical load slip curve and transverse load slip curve of the anchorage system are obtained,and used in the equivalent post-installed anchorage connection in the overall modeling.This step-by-step and multi-scale modeling method not only saves the time and capital cost of experiment,but also ensures the efficiency and accuracy of calculation.The practicability of this method is verified by the application in the optimization of track slab arch regulation scheme.
