摘 要:焓湿图可以直观表达空气处理过程,是空调系统设计中重要的基础工具。在常规设计过程中,焓湿图不能与设计计算书完美结合,需手动查询或用单独软件生成,并人工导出计算结果。为提高焓湿图计算的准确性与效率,方便工程设计,针对地铁车站空调系统中的焓湿图应用进行分析,提出适用于地铁车站大/小系统空气处理过程的焓湿图计算方法与步骤。以武汉某标准地铁车站为案例,验证该方法的正确性与可靠性;进一步概述该方法的多种应用前景。结果表明,根据提出的方法计算得到站厅公共区及站台公共区的送风量与天正软件计算结果的相对误差分别是1.12%、0.68%。该方法可满足工程计算的要求,在设计计算书、计算软件及BIM技术等方面有较为广泛的应用前景。Psychrometric chart is a basic tool in the design of air conditioning system and can clearly describe air handling process.In conventional design process,the psychrometric chart cannot be perfectly embedded in design calculation sheets and needs to be queried manually or generated by separate software.And then the calculation results are derived manually.In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of psychrometric chart calculating and facilitate engineering design,the application of psychrometric chart in air conditioning system of subway station is analyzed.The method and steps of psychrometric chart calculating applicable to the air handling process of large/small systems in subway station are proposed.Taking the application in a standard subway station in Wuhan as an example,the correctness and reliability of the proposed method are verified.Furthermore,the application prospects of this method are summarized.Results show that the relative errors in the supply air volumes for public zones of the station hall and the platform calculated by the proposed method and the TANGENT software are 1.12%and 0.68%respectively.It is concluded that the proposed method can meet engineering requirements,and share a wide application prospect in the fields of design calculation sheets,software and BIM.
