摘　　要：文章介绍了红钢3号烧结机投产后因烧结机给料装置设计缺陷,造成下料延后、布料不均、点火不均,影响烧结矿产量和质量。通过对3号烧结机给料装置系统进行技术改造,实现了给料装置自动布料,返矿降低1.5%,烧结矿强度提高0.99%,取得了良好的经济效益。The article introduces that after the No.3 sintering machine put into operation,the sinter production quality is affected by the delay of feeding device,uneven distribution of material and uneven ignition.Through the technical transformation of the feeding device system of No.3 sintering machine,the automatic feeding device is realized,the return ore is reduced by 1.5%,the sinter strength is increased by 0.99%,and good economic benefit is obtained.
