普通外科患者术后切口感染的相关因素及预防措施

摘　　要：分析察雅县人民医院普通外科患者术后切口感染的相关因素及预防措施。选取2018年1月—2019年12月来察雅县人民医院进行外科手术的80名患者,将其分为实验组与对照组,每组各40例。实验组为术后出现感染的患者,对照组为术后未出现感染的患者,对两组患者的感染情况进行统计分析并得出感染率。分析结果表明,实验组患者具有用药量偏少、基础疾病较多、体质指数偏高以及手术时间较长的特点,这是造成术后切口感染的主要因素。在普通外科手术中应采取有针对性的措施,如术前科学合理地使用抗生素,做好患者的营养支持,尽可能缩短手术时间,并加强消毒灭菌,才能全方位的降低手术切口感染率。The research analyzes the related factors of postoperative incision infection in general surgical patients and the precautionary measures in Chagyab County People’s Hospital.80 surgical patients in the hospital from Jan.2018 to Dec.2019 are selected,and they are divided into experiment group and control group,with 40 patients in each group.Patients who are infectious after operation are regarded as the experiment group,otherwise as the control group.Infection rates of two groups are statistically analyzed and infection situation is got.The analysis results show that the patients in experiment group are qualified with less dosage,more underlying diseases,higher constitutional index and longer operation time,which are the main factors of postoperative incision infection.It is suggested to adopt targeted measures in general surgery operation,i.e.scientific and rational usage of antibiotic before operation,do well in patient’s nutrition support,reduce operation time as much as possible,and strengthen sterilization,in order to reduce operation incision infection rate over all.
