83例会阴Ⅲ~Ⅳ度裂伤产妇的临床诊疗护理结果分析

摘　　要：分析会阴Ⅲ~Ⅳ度裂伤产妇的临床诊疗护理情况,为妇产科的医疗与护理研究工作提供科学参考。选取83例产妇为研究对象,对撕裂伤者进行治疗,同时做好术后护理工作,并分析其结果。所有产妇均在治疗后1星期内出院,出院之前均顺利排便,第一次排便之后肛门括约肌均存在收缩环。产妇的会阴伤愈合优良率达97.59%,产后42 d随访,产妇的排便以及伤口均不存在异常情况。产后12个星期回访,表明产妇无夫妻生活困难情况,且精神状况佳。对会阴Ⅲ-Ⅳ度撕裂伤产妇的临床治疗重点在于预防。手术后要采用有效方式预防会阴感染,并延迟排便时间,促进伤口早日愈合。The research analyzes the clinical diagnosis nursing situation of puerperae with perineumⅢ~Ⅳlaceration,in order to provide scientific reference for the medical and nursing research of Gynaecology and Obstetrics.83 puerperae are selected as the research objects,and the patients with laceration are treated,and nursing care is given to them.The results are analyzed.All puerperae discharge after a week.They all defecate before discharge,and the contractile ring ani sphincter exists after the first time of defecation.The excellent and good perineum healing rates reach 97.59%.There is no abnormal situation of defecation and wound of puerperae of postpartum 42 d follow-up.Postpartum 12-week follow-up finds there is no difficulty in their sexual life,and the spirit situation is good.The important point of clinical treatment on puerperae with perineumⅢ~Ⅳlaceration lies on prevention.Effective method of perineum infection prevention should be adopted after operation,and defecation time be delayed to promote the early recovery of the wound.
