综合护理干预对脑出血并发症发生率的影响

摘　　要：探究并分析综合护理干预对脑出血并发症发生率的影响。选取68例脑出血患者为研究对象,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各34例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在此基础上采用综合护理干预,比较两组的并发症发生率,并对两组的生活质量以及护理满意度进行调查分析。经比较,研究组的并发症发生率为14.71%,显著低于对照组的35.29%。研究组在生活质量以及护理满意度方面的得分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。综合护理干预可显著减少脑出血并发症的几率,改善患者的生活质量。The research explores the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the incidence of cerebral hemorrhage complication.68 patients with cerebral hemorrhage are selected as the research objects,and they are randomly divided into research group and control group,with 34 patients in each group.Control group receive routine nursing,and research group receive comprehensive nursing intervention based on control group.Complication occurrence of two groups is compared,and the living quality and nursing satisfaction of two groups are investigated.Through comparison,the complication occurrence of research group is 14.71%,which is significantly lower than 35.39%in control group.The living quality and nursing satisfaction of research group are significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly reduce the complication occurrence of cerebral hemorrhage,and improve the living quality of the patients.
