摘  要:为解决水力发电厂水轮机运行过程中出现的振动异常故障,保证水轮机正常运转,提高水力发电厂经济效益,指出水轮机振动对发电机组的影响,分析了振动异常故障原因,其主要有水力、电气和机械原因,并提出处理对策。应根据不同季节及时间变化,合理制订水流速管理方案,对尾水管凹槽进行优化,准确对静态气隙进行测量,采取合理控制措施,保证转子与定子质量,调整好磁极之间的静态气隙空间位置,提高水轮机支撑能力及动态平衡精度。对水轮机零件进行加工时,要提高精准度,规范合理地对水轮机进行安装调试,注重动态气隙的维护,避免出现转子磁极松动问题。In order to solve the abnormal operation failure of water turbine in hydroelectric power plant,ensure the normal operation of water turbine,and improve the economic benefit of hydroelectric power plant,the research points out the influence of vibration of water turbine on generator set,analyzes the causes of abnormal failure of variation,including water power,electric and mechanical engineering causes,and proposes countermeasures.It is necessary to rationally formulate flow velocity management scheme according to different seasons and time,rationally formulate flow velocity management scheme,optimize the groove of draft tube,accurately measure static air gap,adopt rational control measures,ensure the quality of rotors and stators,adjust the spatial position of static air gap between the magnetic poles,and improve the support capacity of water turbine and the accuracy of dynamic equilibrium.When components of water turbine are processed,it is suggested to normatively and reasonably install and debug water turbine,focus on the maintenance of dynamic air gap,and avoid the looseness of rotor magnetic poles.
