摘　　要：为提升智能时代医院信息化管理水平,有效整合信息资源,建立信息化工作模式,分析了医院信息化建设面临的挑战,即:资金支持体系不完善,专业人才素质有待提升,认知不足,信息系统不健全。提出医院信息化建设对策:应完善资金体系,优化人才引进机制,提高认知水平,提升资源利用效率。In order to promote the management level of hospital information in the intelligent area,effectively integrate information resource,and establish information work mode,the research analyzes the challenges of hospital information construction,i.e.capital support system is imperfect,the talent quality needs improvement,the cognition is lack,and the information system is imperfect.Countermeasures of hospital information construction are proposed,i.e.to perfect capital system,optimize talent introduction system,improve cognition level,and improve resource utilization efficiency.
