资源枯竭型城市创业服务体系的满意度评价研究——以萍乡市调查数据为例

摘　　要：文章以全国第一批资源枯竭型城市——江西省萍乡市为个案,基于266份创业者的问卷调查数据,对创业服务体系的总体满意度和结构性满意度进行了评价,通过二元Logistic模型的回归分析,利用EFA法(探索性因子分析法)计算创业服务体系各个满意度因子的权重,并对影响满意度的关键因素进行识别和排序。实证研究表明:从总体满意度来看,创业者对政府提供创业服务体系的满意度评价较低;结构性满意度从高到低的排序依次为:创业培训服务、创业政务服务、创业中介服务、创业技术服务和创业融资服务。Taking Pingxiang,Jiangxi,the first batch of resource exhausted cities in China,as an example,the overall and structural satisfaction of the entrepreneurial service system were evaluated based on 266 questionnaires of entrepreneurs.Through the regression analysis of binary logistic model,the weight of each satisfaction factor in the entrepreneurial service system was calculated by EFA(Exploratory Factor Analysis)method and the key factors affecting satisfaction were identified and ranked in order.The empirical research shows that:from the perspective of overall satisfaction,entrepreneurs’satisfaction of the government’s entrepreneurial service system is low;the structural satisfaction listing from high to low is:entrepreneurial training service,entrepreneurial government service,entrepreneurial intermediary service,entrepreneurial technology service and entrepreneurial financing service.
