心脏CT检查对肥厚型心肌病合并冠心病患者的诊断分析探讨

摘　　要：目的:观察分析肥厚型心肌病合并冠心病患者应用CT诊断的临床价值。方法:于2020年2月—2021年2月本院纳入的88例疑似肥厚型心肌病合并冠心病患者作为课题对象,入院后均接受心脏CT诊断,参照心脏MRI(核磁共振)以及冠脉造影结果,评价心脏CT诊断价值。结果:相较于冠脉造影以及冠脉CT血管造影而言,心脏CT诊断肥厚型心肌病伴冠心病患者的灵敏度98.82%、特异度66.67%、阴性预测值66.67%、阳性预测性98.82%。在左室舒张末期室壁厚度、心功能方面,心脏MRI与心脏CT延迟加强诊断结果相关性良好。结论:心脏CT有助于临床检出患者心肌活性、心功能以及冠脉狭窄程度,在疑似肥厚型心肌病合并冠心病患者群体中具有较高的应用价值。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical value of CT diagnosis in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods From February 2020 to February 2021,88 patients with suspected hypertrophic cardiomyopathy complicated with coronary heart disease were enrolled in our hospital as the subject.After admission,they all received cardiac CT diagnosis.The diagnostic value of cardiac CT was evaluated according to cardiac MRI(nuclear magnetic resonance)and coronary angiography results.Results Compared with coronary angiography and coronary CT angiography,the sensitivity,specificity,negative predictive value and positive predictive value of cardiac CT in the diagnosis of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy with CHD were 98.82%,66.67%,66.67%and 98.82%,respectively.In terms of left ventricular end-diastolic wall thickness and cardiac function,cardiac MRI had a good correlation with cardiac CT in delayed enhancement diagnosis.Conclusion Cardiac CT is helpful for clinical detection of myocardial activity,cardiac function and degree of coronary artery stenosis in patients with suspected hypertrophic cardiomyopathy complicated with coronary heart disease,and has high application value.
