摘　　要：跟腱止点腱病的保守治疗方法众多,然而临床医师及治疗师应该选择何种干预措施,目前仍没有足够的证据可供参考。因此,华裔骨科学会骨科康复专委会组织全国运动医学及康复领域的专家共同编写了本共识。本共识由51位国内运动医学及康复领域的专家参与,并参照德尔菲法(Delphi method)进行制订。首先由其中的17位专家对17项临床相关问题进行文献检索、归纳,形成初步草案。随后进行两轮的线上问卷匿名调研,各专家根据反馈的结果及意见进行修改,在之后召开的线上专家共识会上对各负责的条目内容进行陈述,并随即进行讨论及匿名投票。专家共识的推荐强度按投票同意的百分比进行区分:意见一致(51%~74%)、强一致(75%~99%)、完全赞同(100%)。本文共14项条目,39条具体的内容陈述,其中,7条达到了完全赞同,29条达到了强一致,3条达到了意见一致。本文涉及的共识内容聚焦于跟腱止点腱病的基本概念及临床保守诊疗方案,有助于临床医师和治疗师在开展具体保守治疗前对跟腱止点腱病能有全面的认识,并在开展相关治疗时有所参考,以制订合适的治疗方案。There are numerous conservative treatments for insertional achilles tendinopathy,however,there is still insufficient evidence to inform clinicians and therapists about which interventions they should choose.Therefore,Orthopaedic Rehabilitation Special Committee of Chinese Speaking Orthopaedic Society organized national experts in the field of sports medicine and rehabilitation to prepare this consensus.This consensus was developed with the participation of 51 national experts in the field of sports medicine and rehabilitation,and was conducted with reference to the Delphi method.Firstly,17 of these experts performed literature search and summarized 17 clinically relevant items to form a preliminary draft.Subsequently,two rounds of anonymous online questionnaires were conducted,and after each expert made modifications based on the feedback results and comments,the final content of each item was presented at the online expert consensus meeting held afterwards,followed by discussion and anonymous voting.The strength of the expert consensus recommendations was distinguished by the percentage of voting agreement:consensus(51%~74%),strong consensus(75%~99%),and unanimity(100%).In this study,there were 14 items with 39 specific statements,of which 7 reached unanimity,29 reached strong consensus,and 3 reached consensus.This expertconsensus focuses on the basic concepts of insertional achilles tendinopathy and clinical conservative treatments,which would help clinicians and therapists to have a comprehensive understanding of insertional achilles tendinopathy before carrying out any specific conservative treatment and to have references when developingappropriate treatment protocols.
