摘  要:目的:对X射线诊断患者及受检者体表剂量(ESD)的热释光剂量计(TLD)测量进行质量控制,使其监测数据具有溯源性,并进一步提高监测数据的可比性和可靠性。方法:通过邮寄比对的方式,在国际原子能机构(IAEA)二级标准剂量学实验室对2020年全国各省市遴选25家检测机构的TLD照射标准曲线和盲样,由各检测机构单独测读后上报结果,完成统一的评估和质量控制。结果:在25家检测机构中,有23家的TLD盲样检测剂量的结果偏差均<10%,另外2家的偏差>30%。结论:此次TLD测量质量控制比对方案设计合理,达到了预期目的,保证了接受X射线诊断的患者及受检者的ESD监测数据的可靠性。Objective:To implement quality control(QC)for the measurement results of thermoluminescence dosimeter(TLD)in monitoring the entrance surface dose(ESD)when used X-ray to diagnose patients and subject.Methods:The mail comparison was adopted in this research.The TLD radiation standard curve and blind sample of 25 testing organizations of various provinces of whole nation in 2020 were respectively submitted after they were measured,and the assessment and QC were uniformly completed in dosimetry laboratory with secondary standard of international atomic energy agency(IAEA).Results:In 25 testing organizations,the deviations of the results of TLD blind samples that were detected in 23 testing organizations were less than 10%,and those of other 2 organizations were larger than 30%.Conclusion:The design of this inter-comparison plan of the QC of TLD measurement is reasonable,which has achieved the intended purpose,and has ensured the reliability of ESD monitoring data of patients and subjects who received the diagnosis of X-ray.
