重大突发疫情防控中急救医疗设备运行保障机制的探讨

摘　　要：近年来,重大突发疫情时有发生,本院作为传染病专科医院,承担着全市突发疫情的救治任务。为确保各种突发的重大疫情中的患者的救治工作顺利进行,本院设备科启动各项应急预案,以“宁可备而不用、不可用而不备”的原则启动医疗设备线上线下紧急采购绿色通道,储备各种急救医疗设备。最高峰时全院呼吸机总台数达到87台、ECMO总台数达到5台、高流量呼吸湿化治疗仪总台数达到55台。本研究通过分享本院急救医疗设备的储备及使用情况,旨在为更好地在疫情突发中保障急救医疗设备和防护设备的精准到位提供参考。In recent years,major outbreaks of epidemic diseases have occurred from time to time.As specialized hospital for infectious diseases,our hospital undertakes the task of treating the outbreak of epidemic diseases in the whole city.In order to ensure the smooth progress of the treat-ment of patients in all kinds of sudden major outbreaks,the Department of Equipment our hospital has launched various emergency plans and started green channel of emergency procurement of medical equipment via both online and offline to stockpile various emergency medical equipment under the principle of"better prepared well than prepared poorly".The total number of ventilator at the peak in the hospital reached 87,the total number of ECMO reached 5,and the total number of high-flow respiratory humidification treatment apparatuses reached 55.The purpose of this article is to share the reserve and use of emergency medical equipment in our hospital,so as to provide reference for better guarantee of the accuracy of emergen-cy medical equipment and protective equipment in the outbreak of epidemic.
