摘 要:注浆加固材料在预防和解决井下煤(岩)体冒顶、片帮等问题时具有独特作用,而聚氨酯和硅酸盐改性聚氨酯是应用最广泛的2类材料。针对这2类注浆加固材料,为掌握其在大体积注浆下反应放热规律和释放毒害气体种类,研究了材料种类、注浆量、测试点位置等对材料最高反应温度的影响,对比了不同注浆量及相同注浆量不同注浆材料的放热规律。结果表明:材料种类对最高反应温度影响较大,100 kg注浆量下硅酸盐改性聚氨酯材料最高反应温度约106℃,聚氨酯材料最高反应温度约140℃。实验室条件下,注浆量对聚氨酯材料最高反应温度的影响不大,在100 kg和500 kg下最高反应温度均在140℃左右。同时,注浆量、材料种类和测试位置等对材料散热速率具有显著影响。Grouting reinforcement materials play a unique role in preventing and solving the problems of roof fall and rib spalling of underground coal and rock mass.Polyurethane and silicate modified polyurethane are the two most widely used materials.In view of these two types of grouting reinforcement materials,in order to grasp the law of heat release and toxic gas release under mass grouting.In this paper,the influence of material type,grouting amount and test point location on material temperature is studied,and the heat release law under different grouting amount and different grouting materials with the same grouting amount is compared.The results show that the type of material has a great influence on the maximum reaction temperature,and the silicate modified polyurethane material is about 106℃and the polyurethane material is about 140℃under 100 kg grouting amount.Under laboratory conditions,the grouting amount has little effect on the maximum reaction temperature of polyurethane material,and the maximum reaction temperature is about 140℃under 100 kg and 500 kg.At the same time,the amount of grouting,the type of material and the test location have an impact on the heat dissipation rate of the material.
