摘 要:以瓦斯灾害较为严重的贵州东李煤矿为例,从防突预警系统的结构、指标考察过程和典型案例3方面阐述了系统的建设应用情况。在指标考察过程中,统计了2020年8月10日—30日的局部预测(效检)结果,通过计算波动特征的方法,从17种预警指标中优选了3个与K 1值具有较好趋势性的指标;通过预警指标A计算得出的煤层瓦斯含量与矿井实测的防突预测指标K 1反算的瓦斯含量结果相符,进一步验证了预警指标A的有效性。考察期间,有效超前捕捉到一次由煤层突然变厚引起的瓦斯涌出异常现象,展现了系统良好的预测预警功能。Taking the Dongli Coal Mine in Guizhou,where gas disasters were more serious,as an example,the construction and application of the system were explained from three aspects:the structure of the anti-outburst early warning system,the inspection process of indicators and typical cases.In the process of index investigation,the results of local prediction(effect inspection)from august 10 to 30,2020 were counted.By calculating the volatility characteristics,3 out of 17 early warning indicators were selected to have the value of K 1.A good trend indicator,the coal seam gas content calculated by the early warning indicator was consistent with the gas content calculated by the mine′s actual outburst prevention prediction indicator K 1,which further verifies the effectiveness of the early warning indicator.During the inspection,an abnormal gas gushing phenomenon caused by the sudden thickening of the coal seam was effectively captured in advance,demonstrating the system′s good predictive and early warning function.
