摘 要:煤矿跑车现象是斜井运输中常见的事故类型,跑车防护效果关系到斜井运输安全和防护装置重复使用效率。针对斜井车辆失控时撞击能量大、巷道环境复杂的情况,面向2~8节矿车的应用场景,设计了跑车防护柔性缓冲器,建立了煤矿斜井跑车碰撞的数学模型,分析了斜井跑车高能碰撞柔性缓冲器在矿车失控时的受力状态,得出进行动力学和有限元分析的数据。采用有限元分析方法对柔性缓冲器的模型进行动力学仿真分析,当矿车为满载时,沿着轨道向下运动,其撞击挡车栏瞬间为最大撞击力,用动力学分析出的最大撞击力,对挡车栏进行了有限元分析,得出挡车栏在撞击的一瞬间的形变为1.4 mm,变形率为0.12%,金属一般会产生回弹,对挡车栏后续工作的影响不大,因此可以反复多次使用。研究对于提升煤矿斜井安全水平和减少跑车防护设施维护强度具有重要意义。The phenomenon of sports cars in coal mines is a common type of accident in inclined shaft transportation.The protective effect of sports cars is related to the transportation safety of inclined shafts and the efficiency of repeated use of protective devices.In view of the large impact energy and complex roadway environment when vehicles in the inclined shaft are out of control,a sports car protection flexible buffer was designed for the application scenarios of 2 to 8 mine cars,a mathematical model of the collision of a sports car in a coal mine inclined shaft was established,and the inclined shaft was analyzed the force state of the sports car high-energy collision flexible buffer when the minecart is out of control,and the data for dynamics and finite element analysis were obtained.The finite element analysis method was used to conduct dynamic simulation analysis on the flexible buffer model.When the mine car was fully loaded,it moved down the track,and the moment it hits the barrier was the maximum impact force.The maximum impact force was analyzed by dynamics.Carrying out finite element analysis on the barrier,it was found that the deformation of the barrier at the moment of impact was 1.4 mm,and the deformation rate was 0.12%.The metal generally rebounds,which had little effect on the subsequent work of the barrier,so it could be use repeatedly.Research was of great significance for improving the safety level of inclined shafts in coal mines and reducing the maintenance intensity of sports car protection facilities.
