摘  要:为测得轴系轴承的动态载荷,通过在轴承座上靠近转轴下方处安装应变片来达到对轴承载荷的间接测量。设计了一套基于LabVIEW的测试系统对轴系轴承的动载荷大小进行实时测量与记录。以轴系实验台架为研究对象,建立起轴承动载荷硬件测试平台,并通过LabVIEW编写的测试程序对整个试验进行控制与记录,然后对实验数据进行分析与处理,得到轴承载荷大小的数据图。并基于实验台架建立三维模型,对模型进行动力学仿真实验,对比测试试验数据,各参数误差均在合理范围以内,证明了该测试方法和测试系统的可行性与可靠性。In order to measure the dynamic load of shafting bearing,the indirect measurement of bearing load is achieved by installing strain gauges on the bearing pedestal near the lower part of the rotating shaft.A set of testing system based on LabVIEW is designed to measure and record the dynamic load of shaft bearing in real time.Taking the shafting test bench as the research object,the bearing dynamic load hardware test platform is established,and the whole test is controlled and recorded through the test pro⁃gram compiled by LabVIEW,and then the experimental data are analyzed and processed to obtain the bearing load size data dia⁃gram.Based on the experimental platform,a three-dimensional model is established,and the dynamic simulation experiment of the model is carried out.By comparing the test data,the error of each parameter is within a reasonable range,which proves the feasibili⁃ty and reliability of the test method and test system.
