摘　　要：整理近年内某省的变压器储油柜故障案例,阐述胶囊式储油柜和隔膜式储油柜内部结构与部件组成,根据储油柜结构特征,对胶囊式储油柜和隔膜式储油柜密封失效的影响因素进行分析。结合所整理故障案例的统计数据,验证密封失效影响因素分析结果。进一步对两类储油柜所引起的故障类型以及对变压器设备的运行安全稳定性的影响进行深入研究,通过比较两种储油柜运行的优劣势为相关设备管理部门提供一定参考。The failure cases of transformer oil storage tanks in a province in recent years are summarized,and the internal structure and component composition of capsule oil storage tanks and diaphragm oil storage tanks are described.According to the structural characteristics of oil storage tanks,the influencing factors of seal failure of capsule oil storage tanks and diaphragm oil storage tanks are analyzed.Combined with the statistical data of the fault cases,the analysis results of influencing factors of seal failure are verified.This paper further studies the types of faults caused by the two types of oil storage tanks and the influence on the safety and stability of the transformer equipment operation,and obtains the advantages and disadvantages of the two types of oil storage tanks for the reference of the equipment management department.
