摘 要:以锅炉启动疏水阀(361阀)、高压旁路减压阀和低压旁路减压阀为代表的液压控制阀的内漏会严重影响超临界机组的经济运行。通过对660 MW机组控制阀内部结构和运行工况的比较,给出合理避免阀门内漏的几点建议。并使用等效焓降法的原理计算出在各阀门内漏时机组的热效率损失,为液压控制阀内漏情况治理提供参考。The internal leakage of the hydraulic control valves,such as start-up drain valves(or 361 valves),high-pressure bypass control valves and the low-pressure bypass control valves has a serious impact on economic operation of supercritical units.Based on the comparison of the internal structures and operational conditions of hydraulic control valves.Suggestions to avoid valve leakage are given.Using the principle of equivalent enthalpy drop method,the thermal efficiency loss of the unit is calculated when the internal leakage of each valve.It provides reference for the internal leakage management of hydraulic control valve.
