摘  要:某火电厂745 t/h循环流化床锅炉省煤器发生泄漏导致机组停机。采用宏观检查、壁厚检测、化学成分分析、力学性能检测、显微组织分析并结合运行、检修情况对泄漏原因进行了综合分析判断。结果表明:飞灰磨损是造成本次省煤器泄漏的最主要原因,泄漏介质的吹损造成邻近省煤器吊挂管及包墙过热器泄漏,机组最终停机。针对泄漏原因,提出了更换受损管子及护瓦、扩大防磨防爆检查范围、研究总结磨损规律、增加均流装置等消缺处理及预防措施,为发电企业及相关从业人员提供参考。A 745 t/h CFB power unit is shut down due to the leakage of boiler economizer.The cause of leakage is analyzed and judged comprehensively by macroscopic examination,ultrasonic thickness measurement,chemical composition analysis,mechanical property testing,microstructure analysis and operation and maintenance condition.The results indicate that fly-ash erosionis is the main cause of the economizer leakage.The blowout of the leaking medium causes the leakage of the hanging of the adjacent pipe and the power unit is finally shut down.In view of the cause of leakage,some measures are put forward,such as replacing damaged pipes and protective tiles,expanding anti-wear and explosion-proof inspection,studying and summarizing the law of wear,adding equalizing device and so on.
