摘 要:中小城市公共交通系统客流规模相对较低,一般情况下不适宜建设轨道交通、快速公交等中大运量的公交系统。在常规公交的发展过程中,通过提升公交可靠性,提高发车频率和准点率,切实提升常规公交的服务水平,是一种适合中小城市的公共交通发展提升的实施模式,有利于增加公交服务吸引力,提升公交分担率,促进中小城市的交通系统朝绿色、可持续的方向发展,具有较好的借鉴意义。The passenger flow scale of public transport system in small and medium-sized cities is relatively low.Under the general conditions,it is not suitable to construct the public transport system of rail transit and bus rapid transit with large traffic volume.In the development of regular public transport,the service level of regular public transport can be realistically improved by the improvement of public transport reliability,departure frequency and punctuality rate,which is an implementation mode suitable for the improvement of public transport development in the small and medium-sized cities.It is beneficial to increase the attraction of public transport service,to improve the share ratio of public transport,and to promote the development of green and sustainable transport systems in the small and medium-sized cities,and has the better reference significance.
