摘　　要：对桥梁用高强锚杆组件进行设计研究,提供了一种高强锚杆组件的结构设计思路及锚固方案,完成了高强锚杆、球面螺母、球面垫片、止退螺母的结构设计与强度校核;结合工程应用需求,完成了设计载荷为1500 kN、1200 kN、800 kN高强锚杆组件的设计计算,形成了M85、M76、M64等高强锚杆尺寸系列。经分级张拉锚固工艺进行静载试验验证,所设计的高强锚杆组件满足设计及使用要求。The high-strength bolt assembly of bridge is designed and studied.The structural design idea and anchoring scheme of high-strength bolt subassembly are provided.The structural design and strength check of high-strength anchor bolt,spherical nut,spherical gasket and retaining nut are completed.Combined with the engineering application requirements,the design and calculation of high-strength bolt subassemblies with design loads of 1500 kN,1200 kN and 800 kN are completed.And the size series of M85,M76,and M64 high-strength bolts are formed.Through the static load test of graded tension anchorage technology,the designed high-strength bolt subassemblies meet the design and application requirements.
