摘　　要：本文通过对术中压力性损伤发生的影响因素如体位、力学因素、再灌注损伤、自身因素、手术相关因素等进行系统分析,并对护理措施如提高防范意识、合理使用评估表、基础护理落实到位、合理使用防护器具、加强体位管理、加强巡视,规范交接流程等方面进行综述,并通过阅读过往相关文献,旨在总结出有效预防术中手术压力性损伤的护理措施,并借助医疗文献信息技术平台,给予手术室护理同行们共享,有效地预防手术压力性损伤的发生。This article through to the influence factors of intraoperative stress injury such as position,mechanical factors,reperfusion injury,personal factors,factors related to the operation of system analysis,and the nursing measures such as raising awareness and rational use of assessment,basic nursing in place,the rational use of protective equipment,strengthen the position management,strengthen the patrol,standardize the handover process and so on were reviewed.Through reading relevant literature in the past,this paper aims to summarize the effective nursing measures to prevent intraoperative stress injury,and share them with the operating room nursing peers with the help of medical literature information technology platform,so as to effectively prevent the occurrence of surgical stress injury.
