摘　　要：骨关节炎(OA)是老年人中最常见的肌肉骨骼系统疾病,以关节软骨变性破坏、软骨下骨硬化或囊性变、关节边缘骨质增生、滑膜增生等为主要病理特点,是引起老年人疼痛和身体残疾的主要原因,其中膝关节作为人体主要负重关节,发生的OA占绝大多数.目前对于膝关节OA的主要治疗方法有非药物治疗、药物治疗及手术治疗,然而非药物治疗及药物治疗只能缓解疼痛,无法根治;手术治疗能从根本上延缓病情,改善症状,纠正畸形,恢复功能。全膝关节置换术(TKA)被认为是上世纪最成功的手术方案之一,自气压止血带问世以来,其以优秀的加压止血效果,为术者提供了更加清晰的手术视野,有效缩短了手术的持续时间,因而在骨科手术中获得了广泛的应用。Osteoarthritis(OA)is the most common musculoskeletal system disease in the elderly,to degeneration of articular cartilage destruction,sclerosis of subchondral bone or cystic change,the edge of bone hyperplasia,joint synovial hyperplasia,etc.As the main pathological characteristics,is a major cause of pain and physical disability in the elderly.The knee joint as major weight-bearing joints of human body,the OA and the vast majority.There is for the treatment of the knee joint OA non-drug treatment,drug therapy and surgery,however,non-drug therapy and drug therapy can relieve pain,cannot effect a radical cure.Surgical treatment could delay the disease fundamentally,improve symptoms,correct the deformity,restore function.Total knee arthroplasty(TKA)is considered to be one of the most successful operation scheme of the last century.Since the advent of pneumatic tourniquet,it by its excellent compression hemostasis effect,provides a more clear operation visual field,performer effectively shorten the duration of the procedure,thus obtained widespread application in orthopedic surgery.
