摘　　要：目的探讨移动ICU转运方式对新余市急危重患者救治转运的影响。方法选取江西省新余市紧急救援中心ICU 2019年1月—2020年10月收治的76例患者作为研究对象,按照不同转运方式分为对照组(38例)与观察组(38例)。对照组采用普通ICU转运方式,观察组采用移动ICU转运方式。比较两组的安全转运情况以及不良事件发生率。结果观察组的安全转运率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论我市急危重症患者在救治转运期间采用移动ICU转运模式可提高安全转运效果,降低不良事件发生率,能够为病重患者提高安全保障,值得推广。Objective To explore the influience of mobile ICU transport mode on the treatment and transportation of critical patients in Xinyu city.Methods From January 2019 to October 2020,76 patients in Department of Emergency of Emergency Rescue Center of Xinyu City in Jiangxi Province were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(38 cases)and the observation group(38 cases)according to different transport modes.The control group was transported by ordinary ICU,mobile ICU transfer mode was used in the observation group.The safe transport and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The rate of safe transport in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment and transportation of critically ill patients in our city,the mobile ICU transfer mode can improve the safe transport effect and reduce the incidence of adverse events.It can improve the safety of patients with serious diseases and is worth promoting.
