摘　　要：目的:研究探讨StarClose血管闭合器和股动脉压迫止血器对股动脉穿刺止血效果及舒适性的影响。方法:选取2020年1月~2020年12月本院收治的接受经股动脉穿刺介入治疗的258例患者为研究对象,按照随机数字法进行分组,对照组129例介入治疗后给予股动脉压迫止血器加压固定,12h后轴位翻身,制动24h后移除压迫器;观察组129例介入治疗后,使用StarClose血管闭合器缝合血管,然后卧床6h后可以自由翻身及轻度活动。对比两组患者术后止血成功率及止血时间、患者制动时间、舒适度及并发症。结果:观察组的止血成功率与术后穿刺点出血皮下血肿及假性动脉瘤的发生率与对照组相比无明显差异(P>0.05),但观察组术后的止血时间、患者制动时间、舒适度及尿管留置率较对照组明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:股动脉穿刺介入术后,StarClose血管闭合器处理,可有效地缩短医生的压迫时间,提高工作效率;同时极大地缩短了患者的制动和卧床时间,改善术后患者不适体验,而并不会增加患者术后并发症的发生,有利于提高患者的接受度。Objective:To study the effect of StarClose vascular closure and femoral artery compression hemostat on hemostasis and comfort of femoral artery puncture.Methods:258 patients with femoral artery puncture and interventional therapy in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number method.129 patients in the control group were treated with femoral artery compression hemostat after removing the femoral artery sheath after interventional therapy,and then turned over in axial position after 12 hours,and the compressor was removed after 24 hours of braking;After interventional treatment,129 patients in the observation group were sutured with StarClose vascular closure device,and then lay in bed for 6 hours,then they could turn over freely and have mild activities.The hemostatic success rate,hemostatic time,braking time,comfort and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the success rate of hemostasis,the incidence of subcutaneous hematoma and pseudoaneurysm between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05),but the postoperative hemostasis time,patient braking time,comfort and catheter indwelling rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:After femoral artery puncture and intervention,StarClose vascular closure device can effectively shorten the compression time of doctors and improve work efficiency;At the same time,it greatly shortens the braking and bed rest time of patients,improves the postoperative discomfort experience of patients,and does not increase the occurrence of postoperative complications,which is conducive to improving the acceptance of patients.
