摘 要:针对粉煤灰分选及磨细系统出力大,细灰粒径小、设备磨损大的特点,从工艺、设备、运行等角度进行了全面设计,粉煤灰分选系统采用闭式循环,采用了PLC自动调节、联锁控制、数据监视,提高了该项目的设计可靠性,实现了粉煤灰的合理分选、集中输送和回收,成功地解决了设备磨损问题,该系统具有一定的推广价值。In view of the characteristics of large output,small particle size of fine ash and large equipment wear of fly ash separation and grinding system,the design reliability of the project is improved from the perspective of process,equipment and operation.The fly ash sorting system adopts a closed cycle,PLC automatic adjustment,interlocking control,and data monitoring to improve the design reliability of the project.The reasonable sorting,centralized transportation and recovery of fly ash are realized and the problem of equipment wear is successfully solved.The system has a certain promotion value.
