摘  要:随着电网新能源发电量的比重越来越大,火电机组负荷率逐步降低,电网对火电机组的运行方式提出了更高的要求,为适应电网对火电机组深度调峰的需求,对某600 MW超临界四墙切圆直流锅炉机组进行了深度调峰运行试验研究。通过优化燃煤掺配比例、制粉系统特性优化、炉膛燃烧调整、磨煤机运行方式调整、锅炉尾部烟气调节挡板开度调整、辅机启停运行方式优化、煤水比调节及过热度优化等试验,解决了机组深度调峰期间低负荷工况下锅炉稳定燃烧、水冷壁超温、低负荷投运烟气脱硝等问题,在锅炉及其附属设备未进行任何改造的前提下,实现了超临界直流空冷机组在30%额定负荷工况下锅炉未进行由直流运行方式转为再循环运行方式的转换,达到了锅炉低负荷期间干态稳定运行,成为国内首台实现30%额度负荷深度调峰的四墙切圆燃烧机组,同时也为其他同类型电厂在机组深度调峰运行方面提供一定的借鉴价值。With the increasing proportion of new energy generation in the power grid,the load rate of thermal power units is gradually reduced,and the power grid puts forward higher requirements for the operation mode of thermal power units.In order to meet the demand of power grid for deep peak shaving of thermal power units,the deep peak shaving operation test of a 600 MW supercritical four wall tangential circle once through boiler unit is carried out.Through the optimization of coal blending proportion,pulverizing system characteristics,furnace combustion adjustment,coal mill operation mode adjustment,boiler tail flue gas regulating baffle opening adjustment,auxiliary machine start-up and stop operation mode optimization,coal water ratio adjustment and superheat optimization,the problems of boiler stable combustion,water wall overheating,boiler water pressure drop,etc.under low load condition during deep peak shaving are solved.In order to solve the problem of flue gas denitration in low load operation,without any transformation of the boiler and its auxiliary equipment,the boiler of supercritical once through air cooling unit has not been converted from once through operation mode to recirculation operation mode under 30%rated load condition,and the boiler can operate stably in dry state during low load period.It has become the first four wall tangentially fired unit in China to realize deep peak shaving of 30%rated load,and also provides certain reference value for other similar power plants in deep peak shaving operation.
