摘 要:某公司生产的富钴低镍锍为人造金属硫化矿石,矿石中富含镍、铜、钴等有价金属。结合该矿石工艺矿物学特性,对原矿进行一段磨矿,采用一次粗选—五次精选—二次扫选的工艺流程对该矿石进行了选矿试验。在磨矿细度-0.053mm占96%,用NaOH调节矿浆pH值至12.5~12.6,捕收剂S11016用量为110g/t的条件下进行全流程闭路试验,获得了含铜62.98%、含镍5.06%的高品位铜精矿和含镍42.65%、含铜5.66%的镍精矿;钴在镍精矿中富集,回收率为97.00%。该工艺选矿指标良好,较好地实现了富钴低镍锍矿石中铜与镍钴的浮选分离。The cobalt-rich and low-nickel matte produced by a company is artificial metal sulfide ore,which is rich in nickel,copper,cobalt and other valuable metals.Based on the process mineralogical characteristics of the ore,a beneficiation test was carried out by using the process of one roughing-five cleanings-two scavengings.Under the condition that the grinding fineness is 96%-0.053 mm,pH value of pulp is adjusted to 12.5-12.6 with NaOH,and the dosage of collector S11016 is 110 g/t,closed circuit tests of the whole process have been carried out.High grade copper concentrate containing 62.98%Cu and 5.06%Ni and nickel concentrate containing 42.65%Ni and 5.66%Cu were obtained.Cobalt is enriched in nickel concentrate and the recovery is 97.00%.The flotation indexes of the process are good,and the flotation separation of copper from nickel and cobalt in cobalt-rich and low-nickel matte ore is well realized.
