摘  要:云南某磷矿选矿厂生产规模为200万t/a,为了提高企业核心竞争力需要采取扩能降耗的措施。首先通过小型试验的手段进行研究,发现通过减小入磨粒度和采用钢球作为磨矿介质可以改善磨矿效果,提高磨矿效率;然后通过工业试验进行验证,也证实了减小筛孔尺寸后,改变了磨矿分级系统中各产品的粒度分布,在维持钢球作为磨矿介质的条件下,磨矿产能提高了28.80%。磨矿产品经过浮选后获得了P_2O_5品位为29.81%,P_2O_5回收率为85.53%,MgO含量为1.32%的磷精矿,浮选指标良好且能够满足生产要求。对现场碎磨流程进行技改后,磨矿单耗降低了17.64%,节能降耗效果显著。The production scale of a phosphate ore dressing plant in Yunnan is 2 million t/a.In order to improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise,the measures of capacity expansion and consumption reduction should be taken.First of all,through the means of small-scale experiments,it is found that reducing the particle size and using steel ball as grinding medium can improve the grinding effect and improve the grinding efficiency.Then the industrial test was carried out to verify that the particle size distribution of each product in the grinding and classification system was changed after reducing the sieve size,and the grinding energy was increased by 28.80%under the condition of maintaining the steel ball as the grinding medium.After flotation,phosphate concentrate with P2O5 grade of 29.81%,P2O5 recovery of 85.53%and MgO content of 1.32%can be obtained,which has good flotation index and can meet the production requirements.After the technical transformation of on-site crushing and grinding process,the grinding unit consumption is reduced by 17.64%,and the effect of energy saving and consumption reduction is remarkable.
