摘  要:针对浮选柱对微细粒矿物浮选和提高精矿品位方面的优越性,结合大红山铜矿浮选工艺流程的简单灵活性,在大红山铜矿二选厂采用从生产流程中分流出一部分矿浆进行CPT浮选柱试验,结合精选尾矿MLA测试结果研究浮选粗精矿再磨和不再磨两种情况下取得的技术经济指标。与浮选机相比,获得粗精矿柱浮选不再磨流程精矿铜品位提高了1.00个百分点,铜作业回收率提高了0.45个百分点;柱浮选粗精矿再磨流程精矿铜品位提高了3.62个百分点,铜作业回收率提高了0.74个百分点。In view of the superiority of flotation column in the flotation of fine minerals and the improvement of concentrate grade,and in combination with the simplicity and flexibility of the copper flotation flowsheet of Dahongshan Copper Mine,the CPT flotation column test was carried out in No.2 Concentrator of Dahongshan Copper Mine by diverting apart of ore pulp from the production flowsheet.Based on the MLA test results of the cleaning tailings,the technical and economic indexes of the flotation rougher concentrate under the conditions of regrinding and non-regrinding are studied.Compared with that flotation machine,the copper grade of the concentrate obtained by the non-grinding flowsheet of the coarse concentrate column flotation is improved by 1.00 percentage point,and the copper operation recovery is improved by 0.45 percentage points.The copper grade and operation recovery of the column flotation rougher concentrate regrinding flowsheet were increased by 3.62 percentage points and 0.74 percentage points,respectively.
