摘　　要：文中主要评述了2020中国国际纺织机械展览会暨ITMA亚洲展览会印染后整理机械设备情况,着重介绍了织物的起毛、磨毛、刷毛、剪毛、预缩、柔软整理等通用设备。指出了与往届展出的产品相比,起毛机、磨毛机、刷毛机、剪毛机等单机更多实现数控集成和同步联动控制,并具有降低能耗方面的进步;拉幅定形设备采用双层节能余热回收系统显著提高了生产效率;柔软机也多数采用气流拍打使织物手感更加柔软蓬松,部分设备采用3层过滤系统使得空气再循环利用且热效率更高,有利于烘干;本届展会展出的智能管理系统,预示着纺织装备进一步向智能化和高端化发展。In this paper,the dyeing and finishing machinery and equipment of ITMA Asia in 2020 are reviewed.The general equipment for raising,sueding,brushing,shearing,preshrinking and softening of fabrics is introduced emphatically,and the characteristics of the intelligent management system are pointed out.Compared with the previous products on display,the single machine such as raising machine,sanding machine,brushing machine and shearing machine realizes more digital control integration and synchronous linkage control,and has the progress of reducing energy consumption.The stentering and sizing equipment adopts a double-layer energy-saving waste heat recovery system,so that the production efficiency is remarkably improved.Most softeners also use air flapping to make fabrics feel softer and fluffy,but some of them use three-layer filtration system to recycle air with high thermal efficiency,which is conducive to drying.This exhibition exhibits more intelligent management systems,indicating that textile equipment will be further developed towards intellectualization and high class.
