摘　　要：海藻纤维作为一种新型可再生绿色纤维,具有良好的生物相容性、成膜性、吸湿性等特点,并且在吸收液体后有易揭除的优点,可广泛应用于医用敷料领域。文中首先介绍海藻纤维的特性及结构特点,重点论述纤维混纺织物、非织造布和静电纺纳米纤维膜3类海藻纤维医用敷料的制备工艺;然后对海藻纤维医用敷料不同的抗菌改性方法进行总结,并分别对银离子、壳聚糖、石墨烯及其氧化物和中草药成分抗菌4种改性方法及各自的抗菌机理进行论述;最后指出海藻纤维医用敷料在抗菌改性过程中存在的不足以及未来发展方向。As a new type of green renewable fiber,alginate fiber has good biocompatibility,film-forming properties,hygroscopicity,and easy removal after absorbing liquid,which makes it widely used in the field of medical dressings.The article first introduces the characteristics and structures of alginate fiber,focusing on the preparation process of three types of alginate fiber medical dressings used blended fabric,non-woven fabric and electrospun nanofiber membrane.Then it summarizes the different antibacterial modification methods for alginate fiber medical dressing.It discusses the four antibacterial modification methods of silver ion,chitosan,graphene and its oxides,and Chinese herbal medicine components and their respective antibacterial mechanisms.Finally,it points out the disadvantages and developing trend of alginate fiber medical dressing in terms of the antibacterial modification process.
